Whether the home is on fire or you have a small question, at Green Brook, we’re licensed human beings who are here for you—call, text or email. We want you to “bother” us. Why? Because our mission is to care for our clients because you’re worth it. And since you’re worth it, our allegiance is to you and not a particular insurance company. We have many carriers to choose from, which means (1) we can better tailor insurance to meet your specific needs and (2) we can get a competitive price for your situation.
As a client, you can bring your insurance questions or concerns via the Client Care Portal, or you can call, text or email your Insurance Advisor and Client Care Team.
Basically, everything but health insurance. We offer life insurance, home insurance, car insurance, business insurance, pet insurance… We even sell ransom insurance (as part of a home insurance package)! Tell us what you have in mind and we can probably help.

You should always have the claims contact information for your insurance carrier, particularly for if you need it after hours. After filing a claim directly with your carrier, Green Brook will follow up during regular business hours to provide any additional support or information you would like. Green Brook can also help facilitate claims during the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM CDT. After you contact us about a claim, we help you report the incident to your carrier and guide the transferring of documents and other pertinent information. We then track the progress of the claim with you and provide feedback and support throughout the process.

In the event of a true emergency, your safety is paramount. If you are facing a life-threatening situation, please dial 911 to request immediate assistance from trained first responders. After ensuring your personal safety and/or the safety of those around you, if necessary you can address any insurance-related matters. Contact us via the means mentioned above. For after-hours claims support you can visit our claims page to identify your carrier and file the claim. We will follow up with you during regular business hours to provide any additional support or information you may require.
